TB-Speed team was reunited during a Kick-Off meeting in Bordeaux (France). This meeting aimed to :
- introduce consortium members and technical partners
- overview project activities
- refine the role of each contributor
- discuss monitoring, evaluation and data management
- present the procedures for project management and multilateral collaboration
- prepare the baseline assessment
